Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 85% lean recommended
  • 2 tbsp paprika smoked or sweet
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano Mexican oregano preferred
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with all the spices, vinegar, and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef mixture.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, breaking the meat apart with a spatula until fully browned and slightly crispy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
