Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for juicier flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 pieces whole wheat or spinach tortillas large
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers thinly sliced, mixed colors
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup red onion very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta or cheddar cheese crumbled or shredded

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice optional for extra zing
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and honey. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken: Heat grill or grill pan to 375°F. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  • Make the yogurt sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, chopped herbs, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Prepare the veggies: Thinly slice the lettuce, bell peppers, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Assemble the wraps: Spread yogurt sauce on each tortilla. Layer with greens, chicken slices, veggies, and cheese.
  • Wrap it up: Fold the sides, roll tightly like a burrito, and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately or wrap for later!
