Ingredients
  

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch for crispier texture
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Mango Habanero Sauce

  • 2 cups mango fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1-2 habanero peppers seeded for less heat
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or heat oil in a deep fryer if frying.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and toss them in a bowl with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  • For Baking: Place wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • For Frying: Heat oil to 350°F and fry wings for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • For Air Frying: Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • To make the mango habanero sauce, blend mango, habanero peppers, honey, lime juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a pan with olive oil, add the blended sauce, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  • Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately and enjoy!
