Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 buns Hamburger Buns toasted

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Toast the hamburger buns lightly for better texture.
  • Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto the buns and serve hot!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, let the mixture simmer longer or add a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with water.
